"Ordering Was Kind of a Hassle"
The apples looked really good, but... the website was more frustrating than I expected. Some pages loaded slowly, and checking out on my phone felt kinda clunky. I wasn’t even sure at first if my order had actually gone through. It did work in the end, so there’s that, but yeah... the whole ordering process wasn’t exactly smooth

"Packed well, maybe a little too much"
The apples showed up packed securely, like everything was tucked in and not sliding around. The box had a small dent on one corner, but whatever happened there didn’t seem to affect the apples inside.

I did like that they were wrapped separately, it made the whole thing feel cleaner and easy to unpack. There was maybe more packing material than I expected, but overall it was fine and did the job.

I ordered a box of apples and wasn’t sure how long they’d hold up. Most of them stayed fresh for about a week in the fridge, which was better than I expected. A couple did get soft sooner than the rest, and that felt a little avoidable, but overall I was happy with them.

"Customer service was slow to get back..."
Customer service was slow to get back to me, and when they finally did, the answer didn’t really solve much. I ended up having to follow up again, which was a bit frustrating... It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely wasn’t great either!

"Not really worth it for me"
In the end, I don’t think I’d order these again. The apples looked great in the photos, but mine showed up bruised and kind of messy. For the price, I was expecting them to arrive in much better shape.

I tried it and it tasted fine, just way sweeter than I expected. I didn’t hate it, but I probably wouldn’t pick this flavor again. Also, it wasn’t really clear what the next step was if I wasn’t happy with it—like whether I should contact support, return it, or just leave a review.

I was expecting these apples to have that nice crisp bite, but they were soft. You know when you bite into an apple and want that fresh crunch? These just didn’t have it.

"There Was a Little Issue, But It Got Sorted"
My order had a small problem at first, which was totally fine, obviously. I reached out and they did get back to me and fixed it in the end. It took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but hey, it got handled, so I’m okay with it overall.

I ordered a few apples the caramel was my favorite part. It was nice and thick without being too hard or way too sweet. One of the apples had a slightly uneven coating, but it still tasted great. I’d actually buy these again.

The apple was adorable when I opened it up. The chocolate looked really smooth, and the toppings were done neatly, like someone actually took their time with it.
It looked just like the photos, maybe even a little nicer in person. The packaging also kept everything clean and in place, which I definitely appreciated.
I got it as a small gift, and it had that nice “this looks more expensive than it probably was” kind of feel. It made a really good impression, so I was happy with it

"Honestly, this chocolate surprised me"
At first I was like, okay, it’s just chocolate, nothing to get dramatic about. But then I tried it and yeah, I changed my mind real quick. It was super smooth, rich, and somehow not too sweet, which I really liked

"Toppings were disappointing"
I was really looking forward to trying these apples, but the toppings on mine were a letdown. I even made a simple request when ordering, and it seemed like it was just ignored, which made the whole thing more frustrating.
Some of the topping pieces had already fallen off into the box, and a few bites tasted kind of stale, especially the nuts or cookie crumbs. The caramel itself was okay, but the toppings didn’t taste fresh at all.

For the price, I expected better and at least for the basic request to be followed. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but I don’t think I’d order again anytime soon.

I ordered these as a gift kind of last-minute, so I was really hoping they’d arrive looking nice and ready to give. Unfortunately, the box looked plain and a bit messy, which made the whole thing feel rushed and not very special. The apples were included, but for the price, I expected much better presentation. It just didn’t come across like a proper gift.
